Small little bad decisions...

I knew something was very wrong and I was in so much pain. It felt like the pressure of something heavy lying on my chest. It was like getting kicked in the chest. After a while, the pain was so intense I was in tears.

I was having a panic attack.
My heart can’t keep up with the demands placed on it. This sense of doom and there is nothing I could do to stop it. The only choice I had left was to get in my car and drive away from my self, away from my mind. As I ‘floor’ the pedal, there is a sudden spurt of the adrenaline felt like everything was going to be alright, let the rubber meet the road.
Why am I so afraid of making the wrong decision?
Good decisions don’t always have a good outcome, just as bad decisions don’t always have bad outcomes. Sometimes...
bad things happen to good people👿.
Everyone wants to be in the higher tier of the food chain — the problem is the world doesn’t always comply with our wishes. Sitting at my kitchen table, I can’t help but ask myself over and over again how I got to be here.

Every single one of our actions in life has a reaction, a consequence. If you decide to take action towards the things that you want to achieve in life, the consequence would be you not having the amount of spare time that you might like to have.

But if you decided that your spare time is more valuable than pursuing your goals, then the consequence to that would be you not accomplishing your goals as quickly as you could have, if ever.
Everything comes at a cost and are you prepared to pay the price….
"It wasn't my fault." "I didn't mean for it to turn out like this."
And the response is, "So what?" Actions have consequences and intentions may have little to do with them. But so what?
Therefore, it is very important to remember that we cannot escape from the consequences of our actions. We create our destiny day after day, decision after decision and action after action. Ultimately the decision of our life is in our hands.

Here are some ways to get back on your feet after some setbacks:
1.     Find something you can control (even if it’s small) “When you know yourself, you’re empowered. When you accept yourself, you are invincible.”

Often when we are struggling we can feel overwhelmed or powerless. And it’s true: there are lots of things in life that we can’t control, including big challenges but taking small, positive steps in any area of our life can have a ripple effect and eventually enabling us to move forward in the problem area.

2. Welcome the failures. We tend to focus on what’s wrong rather than what’s right. No, life isn’t unfair just because you lost. The world doesn’t stop making sense.

Embrace them, welcome them, and watch yourself grow. This isn’t about putting on rose-tinted glasses – it’s about a more balanced perspective. Good things happen even on the worst days,

Don’t be afraid to dream big

Nothing is permanent in this life. Life is a balance of good times and bad times, happiness and sorrow, life and death. When life gets tough, don’t back down, don’t stop believing in your dreams.
If you have a dream, you must fight for it, that dream chooses you so have the courage to grab it. Following your dreams is a hard path but it's the only path and it comes with a price. No one else will ever understand.

Every day we make a choice — we either work on our dreams or we keep on dreaming. But at least ...
